The Settlement (Christmas Island)
The Settlement (Christmas Island) is geographically located at latitude 10° 24' 54" South of the Equator and longitude 105° 40' 33" East of the Prime Meridian on the Map of World. The Settlement is located at Flying Fish Cove. This where most of the island inhabitants lives. Christmas Island had a population of 2,000 people and more than half of island's population is said to have Malaysian Chinese or Singaporean Chinese origin.
